  • I also bought the Inspire FT2 2 years ago. Great bit of kit with a small footprint. Not cheap but replaces virtually every piece of equipment in a gymnasium (especially if you have the leg attachment). I also cancelled my gym membership. I can train when I want and no waiting around for equipment. Absolutely love it.

  • 220 - age is a very inaccurate gestimate. Best off doing a field test as per the link. Remember max HR is sport specific i.e. your running max will be different to your cycling max.
