I have done 3 in a day but not as 3 meals NO WAY!! The cost would get crazy and you will not be getting near enough daily calories. I have done 1 as a snack but not 3 meals.

I like the cell-u-loss and the aminogen they really kept me on track.

You bet it is ok. I bumped myself down to 1 shake a day and replaced it with a healthy meal. I don't want to live on shakes for the rest of my life so I needed to figure out how to eat health on my own. Don't be so hard on yourself this is a life long journey and you need to be comfortable with the decisions you make! Best…
