    Count me in!!! This month I really plan to stay active and keep track of my steps - I've tried doing this challenge in the past, but end up dropping out halfway through...not this time!!!

    Goal for the month: at least 10,000 steps every day (and hopefully a few days close to 20,000)

    May goals:
    Daily: A minimum of 15K steps and 11K aerobic steps every single day.
    Monthly: 545,000 steps; 341,000 aerobic steps (2325 minutes); 250 miles of walking.

    Love the way you have added it all up for each month! This has very much inspired me thank you! Almost half way into the month but I am going to start this from tomorrow none the less :) will aim for 10,000 a day to start and up the target each week :) x

    Melinda - I log the time I spend doing specific things like walking or hiking. If your counter calculates calories you can enter that directly.

    I recall someone here had a way to enter steps but I do not know what it is.
