i'm not a believer in a negative net. negative nets are generally not healthy. i WAS the person with the negative net, i was losing my hair, tired, and weak. just my story though.

I deal with this all the time. My husband eats crap foods. And what I mean by that is frozen pizza, pizza rolls, frozen chicken nuggets, french fries.. anything frozen. So, I made him a deal. He can have the freezer and I will take the fridge. I have my fresh fruits/veggies in my section and he has his "crap" in the other.…

You are eating breakfast at 11am? Honey, I've already had breakfast and my morning snack at this time. You need to eat earlier. I'm not trying to be mean- but you can't think that eating at 11am means you are actually having "breakfast" even though you may be eating "breakfast" foods.

Yes, I was fitted a year ago, but I stopped running shortly after I got them until late last year- I had surgery on my knee that required me not to run for quite sometime. Thank you.. Question: I do have high arches. I got fitted for my shoe under a year ago. I have Asics running shoes, I am thinking about not wearing them tomorrow and wearing my Nike's to see if it helps? Do you think that might be a good idea?

I get this question a lot from my friends and family- when will you stop, what is your goal weight.. My goal weight is healthy. If that means I am 140 pounds and fit/healthy then thats okay. If I am 120 pounds and fit/healthy then that is okay too. I will stop when I feel good and am fit. :)

With a crazy busy schedule I have ran 5 miles for Boston this week, looking to get another run in tomorrow and Saturday as well! Hoping my the end of the weekend I will have 10-15 miles ran for Boston... Been wearing my 5k shirts this week while running as well... Giving praise, thanks, and prayers to God during this time…
