Tapout XT works really well for me it says 600, but I did it with my hearth rate monitor on and it was more like 500, that was in 45min HIIT are pretty good too, anything that keeps your heart rate up, right up works for me

I'm there with you, I got 10kg to lose, I noticed being consistent and Plan plan plan :) gives you no excuses. And there is always someone to help you out on here.

HIIT is a pretty good work out, just make sure you have a rest/light days in between them or you will over do it.

sounds about right for an hour it also depends on your weight, if you want to use more cal make it faster and harder, then you burn for longer even when you are finished. Make sure it is not just going with the flow push yourself

I agree personal choice, I started the ticker from the date I joined MFP. It would of been awkward if I put it when I first started to lose weight because I have been on and off for years.

Hi I'm from NZ and use the metric system as well, I'm ok with using both, but prefer metric :)
