  • Yes. Your body will get used to eating regularly. I changed to eating every 3 hours (5 times per day) and lost 60 lb in 6 months. This is one of the specific things they talked about in the plan I was on. I also cut out sugars, salts and did low fat.
  • I changed my eating habits and eat white steamed rice 2 times per day on average (1/2 cup each time) and I lost 60 lb in 6 months without exercising. I'd say he is wrong. I do think losing weight is a personal journey and what works for one may not work for another. Do what works for you.
  • Turkey sausage (can make taco salads, breakfast, stuffed mushrooms, etc), Creamy Chicken Enchilada soup, Asian beef and snow peas, Baked garlic/brown sugar (splenda) chicken.

  • Yep, we're right there with you guys. We rescue only...no pet stores or intentionally getting from breeders for us. We have 8 dogs of all shapes and sizes and 9 cats. We love each and every one of them. I'm glad they chose us! :happy:
