This happens to me all the time!!! I drink a lot of water, eat fruit and go to the gym late.. for some reason when i leave the gym around 10 pm i dont want to eat.. I hate it!! The worst part is that one single cookie makes me feel as bad.. I know its wrong but everytime I eat anything out of my diet, no matter how small it is I feel terrible, and I get depress and despertae nad that makes me eat more and more :(

I have an apple or something between breakfast and lunch since I get hungry again pretty fats. My real problem is after lunch, I just ate and I am getting hungry again.. It a horrible feeling!

Exactly!! If you have your "fat clothe" you can just put it out of the closet and ready!! I had some of the clothe I didnt want to lose fix, the other went away!

I use to drink like four cans of diet coke everyday, because I love it and it helped control my anxiety. It took me a while to stop drinking the way I did, I replaced it mainly with coffee and water. Every now and then (not so often) I have a can, I still love it but it makes me feel fool and I dont want anymore. This days…
