"Skip Day?"

Does anyone else let yourself have a "Skip" or "Freebie" day with no logging, no guilt? I do once every week or two, I eat what I want, but I watch my portions of course. I just was wondering if this is a "normal" thing?

I log everything, but I often have meals that people would consider "cheat meals". Fast Food, fried chicken, etc. I just factor it in to my daily calories and macros and it's not really a cheat meal at all.0

Perfectly normal!! and for me sometimes even necessary!!! Obviusly staying focus and keeping control of proportions!0

I don't log on weekends...but I already hit my initial goal and for the most part am happy with where I'm at. I maintained for a few months and then decided I might try to drop a few more points in BF%, but I'm not in any really big hurry and I'm not nearly obsessed about that as I was about just getting to a healthy BF% and improving my blood work. At this point, it's just an aesthetics thing, so whatevs...
If you're really trying to lose weight though and you want it to be consistent, you should log everything, everyday. I think I missed maybe two or three days during my whole initial process.0 -
I do not log on Saturdays. That is the one day per week where I over -indulge just a bit BUT I still do exercise before my over indulgence lol.0

no I actually log in everyday and write in everything even days that I'm eating fast food or something not too healthy, it actually keeps me from continuing that type of eating because I see how little left I have in calories when I eat this way but if I eat healthy with lots of fruits and vegetables I can fill up and not gain weight0

I have in the past, but it didn't work for me so I don't do that anymore. Regardless of what I eat, I log it.0

I log everything but I have cheat days where I literally eat whatever I damn well please0

I try and hit my caloric goal 6 days per week and have one have one free day where I may log or not log depending on how I feel. On free days, I may consume anywhere from 3500-4500 calories and it has worked for me as I've lost total of 64 pounds since last August. Use the free days for foods like chocolate etc.0

I do. Some days i just eat so much different stuff and I am out living life I do not have the time nor desire to record it all. And some things I just do NOT even want to know how bad it was. I want to experience it guilt free.0
