  • How have you been logging in your exercise for Shred It? I don't really know how to do that.
  • My family and I do get the shot partly b/c my husbands company makes it and he has to and the other is b/c I don't want the flu for me or my family. It doesn't hurt anything to or not to get so we do. Your arm is a little sore for a few days no biggie.
  • sweet, ALWAYS. I never cravw anything salty. I love cookies, and ice cream. I eat reduced ice cream which will usually do the trick for me and I try to stay away as much as I can with anything else bad.
  • I do 45 mins. to 90 mins. depeding on the day wether I'm home or at the gym and if it is a strength training day or not. So, I vary greatly. Today I did 45 on the treadmill but I am going to play Volleyball tonight with friends for 60 - 90 mins. I feel good with that.
  • It will get easier on most days. Some days you'll feel like your feet won't move, on thise days walk as fast as you can. I can't say I'm a runner either but I don't dispise it anymore. I actually do like it when I hit a good groove and can go for a long time. I've been running for a little while now and just did 3.5 this…
  • Good luck to you, stay positive and don't get discouraged.

  • I am, I love both Bob and Jillian. I want them to come to the gym with me once in a while and kick the stuffing out of me. Jillian is like Cybil, she's screaming one minute then crying with them the next. Enjoy tonights show.
  • It's a great site and very addicting. I'm on a few times a day. I like to see the calories when I work out and when I eat. It is one day at a time and don't get frustrated, it's not easy to lose weight. I'm finding it doesn't drop off like it did when I was younger. Just watch what you eat, exercise and be honest logging…
  • Hi, I am in the same boat as you. I'm 37 and decided that since my baby just turned 5 it is time to get the last 10lbs. of baby weight off. Which is probably not baby weight at this time it's just weight I neglected to get off 5 years ago. So, yes I have about 10-15 lb.s to get off. I have never been fat either, I just…
  • My number is also moving very slowly but my clothes are getting looser. I'm trying very hard to be patient with this process but , yes, it is frustrating. I'm in this about a little more than a month now too. I guess slow and steady is the plan for us. Fast weight lose is no good either. I guess I'll take. My husband is…
