I only keep an eye on added sugar, and I try to limit any sugar after 2-3pm. I go way over. Dont pay attention if its good sugars such as fruit and raw honey.

Oh another tip, try to limit fruit after about 2-3 pm. I do fruit during breakfast, lunch, and early snacks, but I try to avoid after 3pm

Dont worry too much about your natural sugars (fruit, honey, whole grains, etc.) Look out for added sugars! Try to stay away from any added sugars.

You should enjoy vacation especially if its only once or twice a year. Dont go crazy, but do what you did. Make decent choices and have a good time. It is vacation. Enjoy!

It varies... I log the whole day in the morning if I know what I am going to eat. Sometimes I log as I go. Sometimes I wait until night.

Apples contain natural sugar. I am more cautious of added sugars.

Stay strong... I crave unhealthy fast foods daily. It isnt easy but its worth it. STAY STRONG

I started at 246, I am now 221, and trying for 205. A buddy that I seen for the first time in a few months asked if I had gotten sick. At first I was like oh my. But I thought it was funny anf took it as a compliment.

And you can look at my food journal too. I do a 1490 cal max per day. But also watch bc I do cardio about 4 dars a week. So even though my day may say 1300 that day could be 1600 because I may have burned 300 doing cardio.

I use raw honey to sweeten everything. Lighter the color the lighter the taste. Darker colored honeys will have a stronger taste. So good, and VERY healthy
