Favorite Smoothies?

Hello everyone!
I was wondering what everyone favorite smoothies are? Looking to add some different ones in but I am lost for ideas!
I tend to use smoothies for my breakfast, as I find it much easier to drink in the morning then to actual eat something.
My go to smoothie right now is:
1 banana
1 cup Skim milk
1 teaspoon peanut butter
I am also a huge fan of green smoothies, especially if they include mango! And usually use almond meal/flour for a protein source!

i like half a banana and frozen berries with milk
or orange juice, a little grated ginger and vanilla protein powder
or strawberry yogurt, vanilla protein and fresh strawberries (but them the night before and let them marinate in their juice, the get SO sweet)0 -
I make a ton of smoothies but here are my favorites:
Chocolate Cherry: 1 cup pitted cherries, 1-1/2c unsweetened almond milk, 3 dates, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons cacao nibs, 1/2 scoop protein powder and a handful of greens if I have some.
Beet, Raspberry, and Basil: 1 c frozen raspberries, 2 cooked small red beets, 1/4 c berry juice, 1-1/2 c almond milk, 1 T hemp protein powder, handful of fresh basil, 3 dates
Papaya Ginger: 1 c fresh papaya, 2c coconut water, 2T fresh ginger, 2 t spirulina, squeeze of fresh lime, few fresh mint leaves, 3 dates, squeeze of agave,
Pumpkin Pie: 1/2c canned pumpkin, 2c almond milk, 1/4c pumpkin seeds, 1t pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 c applesauce, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 3 dates.
Banana Bread Smoothie: 1 frozen banana, 1/4 c walnuts, 1t cinnamon, Vanilla protein powder, 1/4 c oats, 1-1/2 coconut milk and greens if I have them.0 -

I drink the same smoothie on most days.
1 cup milk
blueberries (about 1 cup)
strawberries (about 1 cup)
banana
spinach (the more the better)
yogurt (about 3 tablespoons, most of the time, unless I'm out)
pb2, unsweetened cocoa (1 teaspoon, sometimes)
ice (to make it cold; or water if I was using frozen berries to make it looser)
It tastes good; the berries mask away the spinach. I used to do the same replacing orange with milk but now I find that a bit too acidic.
Sometimes I'll replace the berries with mango; or the milk with pineapple
It results in a lot -- like 32-40oz -- but everything is healthy and its filling0 -
Sounds yummy everyone!
Keep them coming!0 -

What a great topic. I discovered smoothies are a dieter's staple. Very filling. If you use LOTS of ice, it is just as filling, but "calorie conscious".
I use very little milk, lots of ice, protien powder, definitely half a banana, maybe a little other fruit. If I have left over brewed coffee (as long as it's not burnt from sitting for a long time) , sometimes I add that.0 -
i have a smoothie for breakfast and lunch every day. i use a nutribullet
spinach
frozen fruit (unsweetened)
3 tbsp vanilla non fat yogurt
scoop of protein powder - unflavoured
tbsp chia seeds
water - however much gets the consistency right
it makes about 3 cups and is approx 350 cal.
occasional add ins:
flax seeds or hemp hearts (approx 60 cal per tbsp)
raw cocoa (approx 65 cal per tbsp)
greens+ ( approx 40 cal in two tsp)0 -
Banana, apple, strawberries, blueberries - I call it my dessert and eat it with a spoon because its quite thick.
I love your idea of adding peanut butter, gotta try that!
I use the magic bullet, you just wash the cup rather than the machine.0 -
