Try something fun like Zumba - you can do that at home or maybe swim its not all body beautiful there loads of people are trying to lose weight too. Just find something you like to do but walking is a good start bet you didn't do it before

I think she needs to talk to someone perhaps a counselor or maybe you could ask one of her close friends to talk to her you might just be too close. She obviously looks after your children properly or you would have mentioned it but kids pick up from their parents so maybe discussing that will have an impact as I'm certain…

Changed my mindset from I can't to I can, took one day at a time and was realistic in my goals. I didn't put the weight on overnight so it's not going away overnight! Be prepared to love yourself and if you have a good day or week say well done to yourself you deserve it. Good luck on your journey :smile:
