Search exercise tv....they have tons of great workouts with different trainers. They used to have this as a channel on tv and I would do the workouts from there I was bummed when the channel was canceled. I can find a lot of the workouts i did on YouTube now! Hope this helps!

Bumping..........I would love to see some results too.....I Absolutely LOVE TurboFire - I am doing the 20 week program and I am about to finish week 7 and start week 8.....I would be on week 9 but had to put the workout on pause for a week :( I have only lost a pound or so but I am really hoping that I lose the last 10 lbs…

Hey! I have a Polar FT4 I am 5'6" and 138 lbs For TF 30 I burn usually around 230-250 calories as well and for the TF 55EZ I usually burn around 500 calories.

haha well noticed everyone, I love Turbofire and Chalene - but she says she always gives a tip of the day but I have only found her give a tip in Fire 30 and Fire 55EZ i think...I wish she would give out more tips. One thing that is funny is in one of the workouts there is this guy who keeps trying to promote shakeology…

Hey I am on week 6 of TF and I love it - weight loss has been slow - only lost 2lbs but I have lost inches off my waist and def feel that I am toning up!! Best wishes to you - I am also thinking about starting shakeology In Aug! - sent you a request so we can support each other!! :)
