Lol what? You do know your body needs water to function...our bodies are made up of 55-70% water... so if your not drinking your organs suffer.

For breakfast or lunch i normally have a sandwich which consists of rye bread, deli meat, tomato, lettuce, pickle and mustard. clocks in around 250 cals. Which is super low for a sandwich, and i load it up! Very filling.

Yes, it has taken me about a month to lose 1.5 lbs but that is normal for people so close to goal because you dont have wiggle room. I also dont eat any cals for walking etc, since i dont count it as exercise since it isnt much.

I'd up them to 1500. I am sedentary 5'8 136lbs (eat 1500 cals to lose) and losing very slowly.... BUT the closer you are the harder it is to lose.

Im 5'8 and loose on 1500 cals and am pretty sedentary at 136lbs. So you should be loosing at that amount of cals....

I'm 5'8 and sedentary .. my cals are at 1550.. I've lost almost twenty pounds since April. Now at 135 and a stall.. Up your cals and you will be fine.

Once a week? So atleast once a week people pick on someone that is trying to help? Thats great news!....... I wasnt aware you had to have qualifications to try and help people. But what do i know... Next time when someone asks me for help i'll tell them sorry i'm not qualified. My mistake.

Lots of people have children and overcome these situations, however this is abuse and she needs to know that. Im not trying to put her down. Or leave her a negative comment. But abuse is abuse and it needs to be recognized.

It looks great! Congrats, However they didn't disappear.. you skin is just no longer stretched so much they are red. Im sure you have the little white/silver lines. Which are still stretch marks. Red/pink ones just mean they are fresh.

thanks, its just frustrating, could it possibly be from coffee? i drink quite a bit. I just see when i dont try i keep at the same weight but when i try i gain its confusing. I do have a scale i have been using maybe ill track everything separately then

So it seems im not eating enough calories.. most days trying to eat healthy and not binge. Eating more almost 2000 calories seems off.. but maybe thats why im alwasy tired! Im scared of gaining weight did anyone else gain weight at first? but i guess if thats the way to do it i finally understand the math lol

well its always different so im so unsure i go to the park almost daily for a hour or two light walking and walk everywhere i go. So id say maybe 5 hours a week of walking

Could someone possible calculate it for me because i have no clue what im doing im 5'7 160 and walk Moderately 3-5 times a week for 1-2 hours. Its just crazy to me how i eat less gain weight and its saying eat more calories?

hi i caculaated the tdee and its 2100? I dont understand how that wouldnt make me gain weight when i gain weight from eating 1200-1500 calories somedays?
