So my BMR is 1558 and my TDEE is 1870 sendetary or 2142 light.
I was wondering on days i dont do anything. do i eat at the bmr level or sedentary? Or am i suppose to eat the same daily and go by the 2142-light activity since i have light excercise a few days a week?
Another question: MFP is telling me to eat only 1200 calories a day. But my BMR and TDEE is over 1500. Whats better to go by?
oh and ive been tracking what i eat for a bit over a week now, just to see what i eat like and i usually average about 1400 give or take calories. Thats under my BMR but over MFP (1200cal).. so im not loosing weight being under BMR but not gaining being over MFP...? what gives?

MFP is telling you to eat 1200 PLUS your exercise calories - which can easily bump you up to 1500 or more.
I would either a) eat the 1200 PLUS exercise calories or b) do the 2142 minus 20% and see how it goes for a month.0
