Maybe you need to try some other brands, or other ways of taking it. I personally love BPI Whey HD in strawberry cake flavour. I mix it into greek yogurt and get 41g of protein with 326 calories. Not too shabby and tastes great.

I quit cold turkey and it's all willpower. I told myself I wouldnt have any pop for a month and I didn't. The key is to learn your triggers. When I eat pizza, for example, I want a pop. Water water water, just don't bring any pop into your house so you're not tempted!

There's more to it than just calories though. the calories in those cookies arent as good as the calories in some greek yogurt or something. Also consider spacing out your meals so you are having 5-6 small meals a day. This keeps the metabolism up and running.

I'm hoping to lose 15lbs by Jan 11. I'll join and maybe I'll get there by Christmas, definitely wouldn't mind reaching my goal early!! Currently 125lbs Goal 110lbs I'm 5'4". I'm also trying to gain some muscle, so I know that I may not be 110lbs when I am finally satisfied with my body.

Lay down, and lift your legs up. make sure you're using your abs and not momentum though! alternatively you can bend your legs like that and lift your tushie up with your abs ............ __ O____|

Well the other day I cleaned the house for FIVE hours straight, so I logged it as 4 hours, just incase it did over do it, but I mean when you're doing that much it should definitly count. However, if you were just doing it sporatically (Sp) then I'd say the gym or a walk should be done as well, just my opinion though.

Definitly agree with the washroom sentiment, every time I try to drink more water I have to go literally every half hour, yet I can down my coke zero with no issue, sigh.
