I couldn't agree more, everyone's support is a big factor and it hit me what you said, personally you get so motivated to lose more that sometimes I forgot my own progress and what has been accomplished. :)

Both is always good, as was just said I normally jog/run the treadmill to get my heart rate up and then lift the rest of the workout, it can get pretty intense but definitely worth it.

I usually buy an article of clothing I project to fit into soon and try it on once in a while, more of a mental thing :) Also take lots of pictures and enjoy the progress.

Those are difficult at times but you're doing the best thing in asking for help and support from friends. :) We're all here to support you and I've found personally when I need a little motivation I buy an article of clothing I want to fit in and set it back as a goal...Then you have a visible goal...just a thought :)

I agree with david, I workout around 6 every day and have an office job too. I was crashing until I switched to eating kashi in the morning, the high in protein low carb/ low cal version now I don't have the same issue :)
