    1) Huge Nickelback fan - love Burn it to the Ground

    2) Good Charlotte - Like It's Her Birthday

    3) Linkin Park - just about anything, but love Bleed It Out

    4) Puddle of Mud - She Hates Me

    5) Soul Asylum - Somebody to Shove

    Anything with a great beat that will keep me moving and motivated!!!

    Well I admit I got a couple Gaga songs, the beat is fun to workout with....I usually try not to blare that tho, I mean I'm not ashamed but there are a few guys in there with me sometimes lol

    Oh my God, I love Coheed and Cambria and Jimmy Eat World!

    I also like a little Luda (Get Back), Jay Z/Linkin Park collaborations (99 Problems is a good one), and a few Sean Paul songs like Temperature and Culo .
