U really need to talk 2 ur dr...going that long without a period puts u even higher risk for ovarian cancer! They do have a pill u take to force u to have a period that does not hinder ur fertility! U need 2 have a period at least 1 time every 3 months otherwise ur risks go up and fertility goes down...u can take the pills…

I'm a huggggeee fan of the Jillian micheals workouts...any of them are great! Plus keep an eye out at yard sales for cheap equipment....doesn't have to be fancy heck I bought an older elliptical for 25$ and an exercise bike for 15$ they work great they are just older models that aren't super fancy

Walking is always a nice way start slow n then build up speed or time...walking at a park or just different scenery u can also walk with hand weights :)

I weigh once a week and log once a week. i know your weight changes through the day but if i see that scale up and down i cringe so for me every Sunday morning...even though sometimes I really want to in the middle of the week lol

I prefer compression shorts then ill put some loose like boys basketball shorts over if I'm outside working out if I'm inside just the compression shorts or they even have them in like capris...haven't tried yet its still 100 degrees where I'm at lol
