Summer has been killing me so far as far as exercise goes. The humidity in Florida is not conducive to binding. I've been wondering the same thing. I started 6 weeks ago and I think I need to manually adjust my calories but I'm not sure to what. I can't live off of 1200 calories a day right now. It's just not happening.

That's a good point. I'm certainly going to focus on losing those last 30 while incorporating the lifting but I won't make it my main objective until I reach my goal weight. Perhaps they will continue to minimize on their own. So far I've gone from a 40G to a 36DDD. I'll also look into a full program. Thanks for the advice!

I recently started using a balance ball as my office chair for at least 4 hours a day and it's been pretty awesome so far. I don't stop moving when I'm using it. It really breaks up the monotony of a sedentary job and burns a few calories I'm sure.

I too would like to experience the elusive "thigh gap" at least once in my life. I'm assuming because I'm around 5'4 I'm probably going to need to get into the 130-140s range before I can really have much hope for that.
