So far my weight hasn't gotten down enough to notice loose skin but it seems my arms are still quite wobbly... And my tummy isn't as tight as it like it to be yet but I'm hoping once I actually lose it all I'll start to tone it up ! I'll defo get back to you once I lose more! You are similar only im an inch smaller at 5'2 :0 I started around that weight and im also 144 right now, and my goal is 130 though! haha! omg! Lets do this :)

2012-2016 :) I am 5 foot 2 inches and I was 180lbs and I am now 144lbs! Im actually still not happy though, im trying to get to 130 or under but its been really tough and im lazy. Best of luck gal <3

Small update. I'm now at 145lbs but now it's getting even harder to lose it!! Low carb seems to work best for me ! I'll keep fighting!

Honestly that's not bad at all. Sometimes we need to indulge in a small thing or two after so long. You think you're bad eating that. I broke mine with 2 bbq days in a row where I scoffed 4 burgers, ribs, 5 packets of corn chips, and many sides.... I gained a pound.... Anyway hope you now feel better and get back on track.…

Thanks for your tips. And also congratulations :) . I feel that pain of it going very slowly. I'm only losing half a lb a week or less despite diet exercise and a positive mindset. I just need to stay patient. As long as I'm not gaining it's all a loss !

YES HUN!! I have lost 35lbs with PCOS! What I tried was lowering carb intake, drinking mint tea daily, starting exercising including weights and cardio, eating more veg, lean meats and cutting out as much processed and fast food where necessary. Over the course of 5 years, 3 years not really trying as much and 2 years eating better consciously and spent last year training, I lost 35lbs! im cheating a little coz im 5 foot 2 but shhh im still short

I usually cut it up finely and then add a bit of sesame oil and organic stir fry seasoning. Pop it in the oven for a while until its nice and crispy, It goes lovely with crispy bacon bits if you wanna add something extra ;)
