No no no. It's the right foot only if you're looking in a mirror.

I recommend listing your qualifications, certifications, etc. in the "About Me" section of your profile page.

I save time by watching my shows while doing cardio. It also means I spend less time sitting on the couch later on.
-
I watch my queued Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube shows while on my elliptical machine. No commercials and makes the time go by much faster!

Wash the food before you put it in your mouth. :p

Saw Manos on Mystery Science Theater 3000. It was so bad, even their mocking didn't help. LOL

My coworker is a connoisseur of cheesy movies and highly recommends Piranhaconda and all the Sharktopus films.

Saturday the 14th. Jeffrey Tambor's in it and you just can't go wrong with him. LOL

Holy cow I had no idea! That's going in the queue.

I just read the "plot" synopsis on IMDB. I have to see this. LOL

Eraserhead - it's David Lynch's first feature film, which should tell you all you need to know about it. Big Money Hustlas - a mob crime flick starring Insane Clown Posse (seriously) with a cameo by the Misfits.

It may be too late now, but for future reference, ask the server who supplies their foods. It may very well be a big distributor like U.S. Foods, which is in the database. Failing that, find a chain that has a similar item and use their nutrition counts. I used to agonize over figuring out non-chain restaurant meals to the…

Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he'll sit in a boat and drink beer all day.

Does your school use an outside company to provide food service, such as Sodexo? If so, you can probably find their foods in the database.

April has been a total bust for me. I've been struggling with the clipless pedals I got last month and have reached the conclusion that the brand and model I bought are either defective or just total pieces of crap. This weekend I decided to remove them and put the original platform pedals back on, except the clipless…

Hi there. I joined this group last week and did my first Stronglifts 5x5 workout yesterday. I was just wondering if there's an Introduction thread for this group. I searched but couldn't find one. I'd like to get to know some members a bit better before jumping into conversations (like I'm doing right now, LOL) or…

I agree; this is what I use for a post-workout snack. It's tasty, mixes well, and is more reasonably priced than similar products.

I'm also a newbie and will be starting this program tomorrow. I was doing NROL4W and did have success with it, but I want to try StrongLifts due to the simplicity. The less I have to think about and keep track of, the more likely I'll be to succeed.

If there are Publix grocery stores in your area, try their Light Tiramisu - only 130 calories per 1/2 cup. Personally, I can't tell it's "light" in any way.

Look for an independent certified fitness trainer who will go to any gym. Just make sure the gym allows outside trainers. I think yours would because it doesn't sound like a commercial gym and has no trainers of its own on staff, hence no competition issues. If you're not familiar with lifting weights and your gym has no…
