  • Hiya, I'm vegetarian - and eat loads of quorn stuff which is quite low fat. I cook spaghetti bolognaise with the quorn mince, and all the family eat it and they aren't all veggies! Add me if you like! :flowerforyou:

  • Hi T.E.A.M Zumba! #2 zumba workout of the week - 20 minutes on beginners easy level 1 class on Wii. (score 431 - zumba jammer!) Great fun, and some routines familiar from class! Looking forward to some more tomorrow... Hope you're all shaking your stuff out there!!

  • Have done a couple in different places and there's always a really great supportive atmosphere...if you're new to running it's a good place to start. Ran my first one in memory of my brother, and more recently for a work friend, if you take part I'm sure you'll get a lot out of it .
