Hello from a UK newby

Only day one but I think this site is really gonna help me all though Im new to this forum thingy:happy: ! As a veggie, I tend to eat a whole load of carbs as well as veg and fruit and not enough protein, so any help, insight and thoughts will be really welcome!     Hiya, this site is great, really helpful! I'm vegetarian too, so feel free to add me (same to any other veggies reading this!) I'm from sunny Isle of Wight, just across solent from Southampton etc.

    hi, uk too and eat mostly a veggie diet as other half is a veggie :)
    Protein can be gleaned from beans, quorn and nuts

    Hi,
    I'm new too...also from the UK, in the Midlands.
    I have only been using this since Monday and I already see the benefits.
    Eg: making myself go to the gym so I can log it on my iPhone - seeing the calories burnt number go up is definatly a motivator!
