Heck yeah! Hip thrusts gave me my booty back after losing 75 pounds. Of course, I was in a surplus to facilitate building muscle. I can now hip thrust 270#+ (haven't tested my max in a while).

Hey guys! I lost 75 pounds over the past 4 years, then decided to bulk over winter, and now I'm cutting. I recently started doing powerlifting style training and after 5 weeks I can already deadlift 200 pounds, so I'm pretty excited to keep going with this.

This is amazing! I did my first half marathon last year, and while it may have taken me over 3 hours to finish, I was still dang proud of myself. It's definitely not something I could have done when I used to weigh 300 pounds. You go girl! You've inspired me to get off my couch and go run

Hey everyone! I just started my first bulk last week. I'm still on the heavy side (225 at 5'11) but I've lost 77 pounds from my highest (over a period of 3 years) and was having trouble continuing to lose, so i've decided to do a 2 month bulk and put on a little mass to help get my metabolism going again before continuing…

I went to the movies yesterday and was happily surprised when I didn't have to squeeze my hips between the arms of the seat. There was actually extra room

I still have about 40 pounds to lose and then I plan on bulking a bit, but this is from lifting while losing. I'm 5'11. The bandages are from gallbladder surgery and I had a tummy tuck for excess skin. Here is a comparison of just my arm.

Fit into a medium tshirt yesterday, down from a 2x. Also today is my rest day and my activity for today was casually jogging 2 miles nonstop.

Hey there! I'm Becca. I'm 5'11" and started at 302 pounds. I am now around 228 and still losing. Feel free to add me, I log every day.

Feel free to add me. I'm 23. I've lost 77ish pounds and have 43 to go.

Oh my gosh that's so awesome! You should be SO proud!

I've been stuck around the same weight for about 2 months, but I haven't given up and the scale is starting to move again. Previously I would have quit after maybe 2 weeks of the scale being stuck.

Just start fresh in the morning. Don't try to restrict your calories to make up for it as that may start a restrict and then binge cycle. Just do your best each day to stick to your goal.
-
Just keep at it. You will get there!
-
Aww that's wonderful. You are a wonderful person!

I don't quite fit the category but maybe it'll be useful anyway. I'm 5'11. Started at 302, currently at 225, and aiming for 180. It's going to be more of a see-when-i-get-there thing though because I do have a large amount of muscle.

Today started with too little sleep, waking up really hungry and eating way too much. Instead of saying screw it and eating too much all day, I hit the gym, burned off the extra calories I ate, and got back on track.

Fitbit works with Android and should work with your computer. I have the Charge HR and sync it using my Android phone. This fitbit helped me lose 76 pounds.

I'm 5'11" 225 currently in a gray area between 12 and 14. I started at a 24w.

Get it girl!

I've posted here before but thought I'd update. 302 to 225, I'm 5'11".

I was able to squeeze into size 12 jeans today. I started at a size 24w. They are the stretchy kind and a little snug right now, but I think in a few more weeks they will fit wonderfully :)

My cardio varies, but I like to run. I also do intervals on cardio equipment at planet fitness. As far as strength training with limited time- focus on compound moves that engage a lot of muscles at once- squats, deadlifts, bench press, overhead press. Just make sure you don't do this on back to back days. Your body needs…

I only went over my calories by 170 on one day instead of eating at maintenance like I normally do on saturdays.

Today was my 3 year anniversary with my boyfriend and also about 3 years of being on this journey. He took me shopping and I got sports bras and pants from Victoria's Secret. I was actually able to buy bras in my band size (38 down from 42) and in the sports pants I was able to fit into a large! None of this would have…

I'm 5'11" Started at 302, down to 225ish. Bandages on the left are from gallbladder surgery and I did have a tummy tuck in September 2015.

Hey everyone! I'm Becca. I'm 5'11" and I started at 302 pounds. I am currently around 225. I would like to get to 180, making it a 122 pound loss. Please add me! I log every single day. I'm also a certified personal trainer.

I can't sit anywhere for very long anymore. My once very comfortable giant butt now feels bony.

77 pounds lost, 43 left to go. Some days I feel like nothing has changed and others I seem to notice a lot of little changes. It's a rollercoaster.
