I don't have the best pictures, I hated seeing myself in photos. I wish I would have taken better shots. I think I was afraid this was just one of those moments where I was going to try and then fail. Then the picture would be even more humiliating. I was wrong if you are just starting, take the photos it will be worth it.

I am still a work in progress. 19 kg lost. Another 10 to go. I can't believe how much better I feel.

I've been at this on and off for the last year - started at 181lbs and am currently at 158.
Am enjoying being fit, having more options when shopping for clothes and the recent reappearance of my clavicles

Consistency is key! My journey has been rough... But I never stopped trying...
Like most, I would yo-yo. Eat good, workout, lose 5 lbs... Then stop and gain it all back... This was me on repeat for years!!!
Finally, I stuck to it. Living a healthy life...
Exercise was part of my life.
Eating good was a part of my life.
I would have cheat meals in moderation.
You have to make it a priority! You have to put your health first!
Trust the process! As you can see, my pictures show progress. I will always strive to be a better version of myself...
Take that step! I promise you will not regret it!

I haven't lost any scale weight but I've lost inches. I was not following a meal prep between these pictures. I am now, so I can ONLY imagine what 6 more months will bring WITH clean eating
