Awesome work, very well done. Congrats! (and you're beautiful! all the way through those photos)2 -
To all you guys out there who have come forward and showed us how you've lost those bellies. Great! You have given yourself more youth and vitality and it shows. I'm cheering on my brother-in-law who after a bad marriage put on a lot of weight and I think it had alot to do with the way his wife always made him feel not good enough. He is a gem. (his name is Jim by the way) He read the Bible regularly with his two girls trying to guide them. He did the laundry house work because his wife suffered from alergies. He even did most of the cooking. Plus on top of all that he worked hard to provide for them. They had a very comfortable life. Nobodies perfect but very few do what he did to show love and support to his family. He's a great guy and I'm glad he is finally taking time for himself so that he will be healthy and enjoy life.6

This before pic is not my highest weight and the after is not my current... Currently I'm 185. These pics were not originally taken to be shown to ANYONE! LOL
This was at my highest of about 225. I'm only 5'0.
I took this pic after finding the last one. I wore the same hoodie for good comparison lol
