This is why I'm buying my new clothes at a second hand store for now - hate to spend a lot on them when they're not going to fit in a month!4 -
None of my "new" clothes fit.7

I went through my closet and removed all the clothes that no longer fit...3 bags of "too big" blouses, pants, dresses, etc. I used to just put them on the end of the closet because I always gained back the weight...and well, I like some of those clothes (just not the size!) For the first time in forever, I now don't have to paw through the clothes to find something that fits...they all do! And the thrift store is getting three bags of clothes. This is it. No more will I have a closet with several different sizes of clothes in it.16

My glasses are not as comfortably snug as they used to be and they are not indenting the side of my face as much. There is barely an indentation on either side now. Just noticed that today.14

That is awesome! I am in a similar place. Starting to get rid of the size 14s now.5 -
I was at a conference recently with colleagues who hadn't seen me for a while. I got into conversation with somebody who I'd once worked with closely, about 75 lbs ago; we had been chatting for several minutes about my organization when he turned to go, saying, "Nice to meet you. By the way, whatever happened to [_____] who used to have your job?" I, of course, AM [_____], who used to have (and still has) my job. Made my conference!29

Three different people at work referd to me as skinny. Haven't heard me and the word skinny ever used in the same sentence in my life.
38 waistwaist pants I purchase about a month-and-a-half ago I can now take them off without unbuttoning them.
I can wear regular cut jeans now and not relaxed fit.
Went to buy some gym shorts. purchased a large instead of extra large by mistake. when I went to try them on they fit.14 -
I was able to actually run away after robbing the Circle K.

I completed Week 5 Day 2 of my couch-to-5k app today, which was 8 minutes running, 5 minutes walking, and another 8 minutes running. Yesterday was just 5-minute runs, so when I looked at that 8 number I freaked out a little but I did it!16

Semi scale-related I guess... Had my physical today, and my doctor congratulated me on my weight loss so far and said she doesn't have many women in her practice who could decide to lose weight and actually stick to it!
I feel so accomplished!

I'm a swimmer and this morning I swam.1.5 miles. This afternoon I swam another 1.5. My arms are so tired and I sure am going to sleep well.
And I really earned my wine tonight!16 -
My eating habits have really changed! We went to a diner. We were both starving hungry when we went in. They have a deal where if you buy a dinner you can eat as much as you want from the salad bar. I started with a little potato salad and coleslaw then went back to get lettuce spinach and broccoli. When the dinner came I felt good after only a few bites. So I'm wrapping virtually the whole dinner and it will give me two more meals, at least. I just can't eat like I used to!15

I had a biometric screening today through my workplace for insurance purposes, and while the other things on my report didn't change really at all since last year's, I showed a significantly reduced non-fasting blood glucose, and my total cholesterol dropped by 10%. Too bad the stupid screening employee had to harp on everything else that was still bad... ugh.14

I have already posted this elsewhere, but I'm SO freaking happy about it I want to share everywhere!
Yesterday was my final dress fitting for my wedding in three weeks (today!). The left is November 2015, the right was yesterday. The dress had to be taken in by four inches at the waist!

Three days in a row, I walked the dog 2.34 miles before work. It was 75 and HUMID (which I hate) when we walked out the door at 5:59 a.m. but we did it!12

11 weeks into a 16 week bike riding group challenge and people are starting to notice the difference. I still have a chance to meet the goal I set at the start of the program.8

I have cheekbones!18

Today was my 3 year anniversary with my boyfriend and also about 3 years of being on this journey. He took me shopping and I got sports bras and pants from Victoria's Secret. I was actually able to buy bras in my band size (38 down from 42) and in the sports pants I was able to fit into a large! None of this would have been possible 76 pounds ago.24

I went out at 9 pm to get my walk in as I didn't get it in earlier in the day.16

increased my deadlift to 120lbs11

I worked out 3 separate times today. I took a 3 mile walk through a hilly neighborhood (my usual lunch time routine), I had a workout assessment to kick off my 28 transformation class an MMA gym before dinner. And then I (finally!) completed week 5 day 2 of C25K after putting my little one to sleep.
Mama tired...but proud!!!15 -
My resting heart rate is now 58, down from low 80s.19

My first real NSV happened about 30 minutes ago. I'm at work, training a newbie and it's pretty quiet so I decided to go to the gym in our building and walk about 45 minutes. I had to stop at 15 minutes. Not because I was tired or hurting. I had to stop because apparently, I have lost enough inches that my work uniform pants that fit perfectly 2 weeks ago, fall down after 4 or 5 steps. I had my police radio with me, which was making them fall that much quicker so I held it in my hand. I was still having to pull my pants up every few steps. I am now excited that I have to go and actually purchase a belt.20

I tried on a pair of pants today that I had hidden in the dresser and it was a 2x. When I started I was pushing a 4x. It is a bit loose in the legs and it feels comfortable,. Around the waist it is comfortable as well, but while it is not loose, it is not too tight either.15

My stomach felt super tight today19

Swimming my laps has become something I want to do, something I look forward to all day! I get grumpy when I haven't gotten exercise in. Already planning for exercise when weather gets cold14
