I do not exercise yet and am doing low carb. I will exercise more if I stop losing weight. I do wear a pedometer and try to walk at least 6K step or more a day. Add me if you'd like.

Just take it one day at a time. Don't have the all or nothing mentality. Don't weigh yourself everyday because it is very deceiving and it shouldn't determine your mood. These are just a few things that are helping me. MFP and looking at other's food choices is also helpful.

I try to stay below 75 and I agree that it has helped me lose weight. I started reducing carbs because I am pre-diabetic. I have also noticed my face is not bloated and my hair is not as thin as before.

Here's my take on this whole thing. If it's hard for you to stick to restrictive diets - don't do it. Just watch and track everything you eat and eat less.
