I would just say to take it easy and build yourself up so you don't hurt yourself. I think what you did today sounds okay to me but I am not an expert.

I get the grilled nuggets and a medium waffle fry. The grilled chicken has so much protein. It is expensive but delicious.

I love making homemade chicken and cheese quesadillas. They really fill me up. I also make pizza bagels sometimes if I'm dying for pizza.

I always walk with my phone in my hand while the Runkeeper app is going. I've never really had any problems with the app except for a few glitches. Sorry.

My friends sometimes tell me later that someone was checking me out but I usually don't notice myself. I have gotten the "double take" glance a few times in my life and those are always flattering. I'm very shy so I always assume no one cares about how I look lol.

Im 5'5 and I don't know my stats. I am kind of disappointed in myself though because a year ago I was about 10 pounds lighter at 130 ish. I'm really trying to get back to that but its so hard. Before I lost weight I never ate breakfast. Then I just started to force myself to eat breakfast every day even though I wasn't hungry that early in the morning. Once you get in the habit you don't even think about it anymore. I think it helped me out a lot.
