I go through phases, sometimes I'm hungry for breakfast, sometimes I don't want to eat until after noon.

    Me as well...

I rarely eat breakfast anymore. For me eating breakfast made me hungrier and I was always thinking about food. Now I just eat whenever. Some days noon, sometimes a little early.

Before I lost weight I never ate breakfast. Then I just started to force myself to eat breakfast every day even though I wasn't hungry that early in the morning. Once you get in the habit you don't even think about it anymore. I think it helped me out a lot.

I skip it if I had a late dinner the night before, simply because I don't feel hungry. Usually by noon I want food though, so I guess I just have a late breakfast/early lunch

I make myself eat something even if I'm not that hungry, or I start craving sugar later during the day!

I thought it was just me!! If I do eat breakfast I find I want food pretty quickly afterwards and am hungry constantly (now it's only a usual event after a night out )

On days I work I have a LIGHT breakfast since it will be awhile before lunch. On off days I skip it. Meal timing is irrelevant find an eating pattern that fits your goals, hunger, and preference and hit those numbers.
