My sugars are generally red too, but I eat fruit every day, I think it's ok to go over on it as long as it's natural sugars you are consuming and not cakes and sweets etc

A head of lettuce will stay fresh for waaay longer than that bagged stuff, I also read that whatever they put on the bagged stuff to keep it fresh actually kills all the nutrients in it.

Sounds like a good plan to me as 'diet' foods tend to contain more sugar, so the real versions will have higher fat but will be healthier, especially now that you are maintaining and you say you are under on fat mostly. The light versions of stuff could even possibly contain all sorts of additives that make us retain more…

I was thinking the exact same with my fibre, its always a nice bit over and was worried, however I think fibre is one of the things that its good to have more of as long as carbs aren't over :)

I <3 eggs so much too! I eat them fried on toast (great for a hangover :p), boiled in sandwiches and salads, scrambled, oh and French toast is just too good, and a little naughty! :)
