I always need to have something sweet after my evening meal or I feel deprived! Tonight I made a light eton mess. It comes in at just over 100 cals!

I sliced half a punnet of strawberries, put them in my desert bowl, crumbled over a marks & Spencer meringue nest and then added 3 tablespoons of elmlea light single cream. Mix together and eat! Tasted really naughty but wasn't!

sounds nice, unfortunately strawberries give me hives which is really irritating because they smell so nice

I like the sound of this... although I think it might be too sweet ... even for my sweet tooth...!

You could also try it with total greek yoghurt, which is what i do. My children find the cream too rich so i just stir strawberries and meringue bits into some yoghurt, its sharper in taste but just as nice.
