I've been losing, on average, 4.1 PPW. I don't exercise, I don't count calories. The only thing I've done (at the advice of my doctor/nutritionist) is change my WOE. I'm now ketogenic. I'm down from 269.4 to 232.2 in slightly less than 9 weeks.

I haven't been checking my ketones, but have definitely had the "whoosh" effect. I'm feeling like I'm losing nothing, and then "whoosh!" there goes 5 pounds!

I know that it's fantastic. I'm actually quite proud of myself. However, I've seen stories where people lose like 70 lbs in a month! I know it's not a healthy way to do things. It's all just mental. I'm thinking the scale may not be my friend.

Definitely in. I'm at 252, 5'2". Significantly overweight. They say that if I stick to 1960 a day, that I should lose one pound per week. I'm gonna try for two. We'll see.

I was addicted to Cheetos. A-****-ted. I could eat a small bag every hour, and eat a large bag every two days or so. I ate an entire large bag of them in three hours. Broke that addiction quick! Now they gross me out. I say go for it.

Rather than using actual peanut butter, I just use PB2 in my shakes... Tastes like peanut butter with less than 1/4 of the caloric intake.

I completely agree. Diet Coke, as with everything else, isn't bad in moderation. However, just cutting Diet Coke out of my diet made me drop 5 pounds. There's so many things in it that are bad for you! Ask your doctor their opinion on it, you'll get a mouthful.

I use an English muffin, cut in half and toasted, 4 tblsp of walmart brand pizza sauce, one slice on each side of the sargento 40 cal prov and sometimes toss on some turkey pepperoni.

Fit Frappe It's amazing. 130 calories per serving (without the milk, and I use almond milk which brings it up to 190 cal per serving), 20 grams of protein! There's about 100 different flavors. It's delish.

No, I haven't been wearing one because quite frankly, having to figure out which one to buy is giving me a headache. There's about 1000 models, all claiming to be the best... I wanted to love it, but unless you're really making MINI cupcakes, it doesn't make any difference as far as the calorie content is concerned, which if you ask me, means you may as well be eating just the regular cupcake mix. :( Also, mine came out way too wet.
