ON THE TREADMILL THERE'S NO RESISTANCE.. BUT ON THE ELEPTICAL THERE IS RESISTANCE. MAYBE THATS WHY IT HURTS... BUT IF THE TREADMILL WORKS BETTER FOR YOU THEN YOU SHOULD DO THAT INSTEAD.

ps. applebees is gross. i ordered a bowl nd i asked for no mushrooms and they said "wellt he mushrooms are int he mix we use" MIX??? U MEAN UR NOT CHOPPING FRESH VEGGIES BACK THERE?! i was appalled. i've never gone back.

calories do count but u also have to watch for fat, carbs, sugar also... eating right is about 80% of weight loss.... but u need to exercise still. it's good for your body.

I LIKE THE ELEPTICAL. EVEN IF YOU JUST DO A MILE A DAY (ABOUT 20 MINUTES) YOU STILL SEE AND FEEL RESULTS. I DON'T PARTICULARY LIKE WEIGHTS WHILE TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT.. JUST WHEN TONING.. i am sure you will get tons of different answers.. and people that completely disagree with me.. but i eat less than 1000 calories and every time i've dieted i've always lost and never gained and my body never went into fat storing mode... so i dunno... i dont think that 1000 calorie diet is good forever.. but for starting…
