I'm almost always under 2,000, many times under 1,000! Looking back through my food entries, I notice that soup is very high in sodium, so I recommend us all cutting down on it and finding an alternative - that's what I'm going to do! We are a family of six and I have learned over the years, to cook at home. We very rarely…

Just a quick mention that; if you have a Noodles and Company near you, they have a nice Thai Curry Soup that I love and recommend. I usually have tofu in it which is optional. They may have other vegetarian items, but I love the soup so much I never have anything else! Sharon

Sorry to mention this, but It took a few weeks for me to notice a difference after giving up meat. I was at my wits end, but finally, a few pounds came off. I've been working hard at exercising too after joining a gym. You just have to keep at it. Don't give up! I almost did!

I never did like dairy products much, unless they are hidden in…

Steve, as you are a personal trainer, I have a question for you; My daughter is sixteen, and has decided on moral grounds to give up meat and fish. She has done it for about 3 months now, and I gave up meat too, to go along with her. I do eat fish. I am worried because she is a teenager and still growing. Is there any…

Haha! I love all the comments and the ex-lax one made me laugh the most! Another thing you could do, is carry a picture of a super fit person you admire in your purse - whatever, and look at it every time you are tempted. Or a photo of yourself when you looked really good! It will remind of your goal and all of a sudden,…

I think that is the best comment in here. All of the comments are from caring people, but I have read about this extensively, and it is absolutely true that you don't need to snack all day if you don't want to. 3 meals is fine. It all comes down to eating healthily, and exercising regularly. We all know what we should and…
