Wonderful job! Can't wait to hear you say how happy you are to have made it through your surgery and healing! Well done and thank you for sharing.

Bump

Absolutely. No need to be rude. I say you step up and do your duty.
-
Well done. Thank you for saving room for bourbon.
-
lol Diabeetus. Yup, you're probably already dead. Sad.

It's not a debate. If you're offering scientific proof, then it's an exchange of information. However, no matter how many times I've heard people say that eating late in the day / sleeping after meals results in weight gain, I have yet to be offered scientific proof. My take on it is that if you can't offer proof, you're…

Actually, no offense, but if you are meeting your goals, then every day is fine, too.
-
Nothing "almost" successful about this. You may still have goals to reach, but you have done a fantastic job. Thank you for being an inspiration.

So awesome! Thank you for sharing... :)

This made me laugh.

Good point. Everyone has different struggles.

I do enjoy regular Gyros, for sure, but I would definitely give these a try. I like experimenting with different things, too! Thanks for sharing your idea.

This makes me laugh. ^^ Anyhow.... For me: *Both whole eggs and egg whites. *Mushrooms. *Spinach. *Onions and garlic! *Sriracha, sriracha, O how I love thee *Tuna in a packet (or smoked oysters, kippered snacks, etc) for quick protein on the go (in my backpack for work) *Protein bars for in a pinch (in my backpack for…

Except for my own typos, which I only just noticed. Of course, I meant "to meet the nutritional needs" or "to be the entire nutrient source" - got caught in between somewhere. Also "more calorie-moderate whites."
-
Quoted for no reason other than that I enjoyed quoting them.
-
Yep, I'm sure you can lighten them up if you choose to. I do this with a lot of things and legitimately enjoy them. I don't do it out of guilt, but because I like having calorie-moderate options that help me meet my goals. One of my favorite things is an egg white and veggie omelet. I absolutely do not feel deprived when I…

Maybe you're joking? Not sure.... But anyhow, the milk of cows, as "produced" by "nature" is the perfect food for calves, otherwise known as baby cows. Now, should humans choose to drink it, it can also be a part of a healthy diet, depending on each individual's standards. That is true whether a person drinks, according to…

Okay, you made me laugh and you have a pic of a guy planking on a motorcycle. Win.

I do understand that it can be a challenge. I'm definitely a "social" eater. On days when I'm puttering around the house, or driving my (solo) courier route, or running errands, etc, I'm totally fine. But let me get with a group of friends - someone cooks something delicious, the whiskey flows, and watch out! Honestly,…

This is pretty much where I'm at. While I appreciate that we have, to some degree, the common goals of weight loss / greater health, I don't expect my pals to babysit me. Nor should they realistically expect that from me, because I guarantee I don't have that to give. But when I have a chance to be here, I like to scroll…

Yup, this. You are indeed a burro of much braininess.
-
Yes. In fact, you can only eat chicken (white meat only!), fish meal, and cabbage soup. But you must be vegan. It's a difficult balance, but I know you can do it!

One of my daughter's uncles didn't like turkey, so his mom added a lasagna every year. It was pretty fantastic. :)
-
Look above - she outlined suggestions for several varieties. :)
-
Yes.

I lived in the Hayden/Athol area for a while....loved it there. I have been in the Spokane Valley for almost 20 years now. I drive a courier route from Rathdrum to the Canadian border (Porthill) five days per week also. North Idaho is a beautiful place.

:) I laughed at this also. I think this is a great idea. I don't have time to post a recipe at the moment, but I'll try to remember this 'bump' and get back to you.
