Just a suggestion... each grilled, baked chicken or talipia(fish). Eat lots of green veggies (fresh or frozen NO CAN!!!). Beans such as pinto beans, green beans, peas ect. Stay away from sweets, soda, and limit your bread intake. You can do this!!!:smile:

First off, please don't say the word diet. Saying diet is setting you up for failure, it's a lifestyle change. I lost weight some years ago, and my stomach was pretty big. celery with peanut butter. I also love a letturce wrap. You get your lettuce and you put deli meat ( I prefer smoked turkey) cheese, an cream cheese wrap it and eat it, it's a great snack.

Yep, eat more lean meats (baked, broiled, NO fried) and plenty of veggies. Carbs are good but to many can stunt your weight loss. Instead of cereal for breakfast maybe have sausage and eggs. I hope this help!!! I just did a low carb diet and I have lost 3 pounds in 5 days.

Absolutely!!! I have an elliptical and I do 30 minutes I burn 400 calories. It also depends on the level you have it on. I usually have it on level 3. I also think it depends on what kind of elliptical you have. Just like you don't burn the same amount of calories on different treadmills, it's the same with the elliptical.…
