I'd say it's because you're exercising so much and - like everyone else has said - you probably have quite a low body fat percentage. well done guys :) I went for a run this morning and just did day 1, level 2 of the 30DS :) ... it was a bit difficult because my muscles are still sore from the other day, but i'm sure it'll be worth it keep it up! :)

Took a day off yesterday because I had work and a family dinner so I was out the entire day ... planning to do the 30 day shred again today as soon as my late lunch settles lol :)

I did the shred too! had to go on my knees for the push ups though ... and the side lunges kill me! lol. But I was happy I did it once I finished :)

Hi guys! I think this group is an awesome idea! i love Jillian and used to do a lot of her workouts before i went down hill with my exercise and diet... hopefully i can get back on track! :) CW: 145 GW: 120 Like atnaramAH… I’m hoping to shed some weight this summer before uni starts again :/ Best of luck to you all!
