I started with a flex and then upgraded to a charge HR. I've always found it to be accurate. During ups and downs of dieting, it has varied in importance but when I'm doing well then it's a really good motivating tool. At other times it's just a watch

Mine isn't synching this morning either. Have tried the usual disconnecting and connecting again but still not working. It normally rights itself eventually! (Sorry I know that's not much help

I have these which are only managed by injections. Losing weight doesn't trigger mine but not drinking enough does. I have to make a real effort to get enough fluids or I can have a full attack which lasts a few days

I do tend to eat lower carbs but that is purely because I have pcos and insulin resistance, if I was eating for weight loss alone then carbs would still be a big part of my diet. I do struggle with protein so have a protein shake in the mornings but I don't like eating breakfast so that works for me. You need to do what…

Hi, can't comment on the others but I've got a fitbit flex and absolutely love it. I think it's really accurate and definitely motivates me to move more :)

Can you make more of your time that you spend walking the dog? You said it's mainly standing around but you could power walk of even jog instead. I'm sure your pooch will enjoy the extra exercise too :)

I have to be honest and say I really struggle, I'm not a lover of beans either and normally have a protein shake everyday to help. I tend to eat soya products, eggs, Greek yoghurt, nuts, cottage cheese etc which are good protein sources.

I absolutely love my air fryer. Was really skeptical of buying one at first thinking it would just be another appliance that doesn't get used but I use it all the time. I rarely use any oil at all with it other than potatoes/parsnips. I haven't noticed any difference with the taste of things but I never fried anything…
