I'm late to the party....I have done other plank challenges and always fall off course once it's over. So I'm in and hopefully will get more each month. My goal from today through 9/30 is still 60 minutes!

Do what works for you. The journey is yours - along with the success or failure that results. People love to judge, because obviously what *they* do is the right way (insert eye roll here). You seem to have a solid mindset - if Alli helps you, then don't worry about others opinions.

I'm still using the same account, but I HAVE reset my starting weight, multiple times. If I've been away for too long, it's more fair to me to know where I am this time around, rather than give myself credit for past attempts.

I haven't lost much (around 20 lbs this year) but my boobs were the first to go. Not a significant difference, but unexpected for such a small loss. Was a 42 DD before, now can fit comfortably in a 42 D in the same bra style.

My fitness level is pretty low, but I'm willing to give this a try. Count me in!

I've become motivated by my Fitbit's feature of recording hours where I get at least 250 steps. You can set which hours you want to track (mine is set from 8am to 5pm). I feel a certain satisfaction when I get the "Green" for getting steps in each hour. And they add up!

My goal is to spend at least 30 minutes on my feet every night after work, rather that is taking a walk or otherwise exercising, cleaning the house, etc.

A couple of pounds is nothing to sneeze at - great job. I also enjoyed this challenge! I lost 8 pounds, which is awesome to me. Congrats everyone!

That sounds like an awesome week for you so far! Interesting thought about vegetarian by day. Was it hard to give up the protein, as far as energy goes? My walking has been good this week.

Good luck Jen - you can do it!!! I went to a sip and paint event last night, so no exercising for me. I am planning a 30 to 45 minute walk tonight though!
