If you are having them as meal replacement, I would recommend blending oats into your smoothie for it to be thicker and more filling! Adding things like peanut butter to a banana smoothie will give you extra protein too!0

Also, on a related note, I just ordered a "Smoothie Press" cup from Amazon, which supposedly assists in removing the seeds from a smoothie. I LOVE fruit smoothies but I can't deal with the seeds. Crossing my fingers that it works!0
