Trial and error - great way to put it! Thanks for all the insight! :)

Sparkling ICE! edit: because, unfortunately it *is* artificially sweetened.

Thank you! I do eat one Vitatop every morning -- which is a muffin full of vitamins and minerals but it is 50% of my daily iron intake. Maybe I should try out a new breakfast and see if there is a change.

If you've got carbs left and need a calorie boost -- slice up an apple and have it w/ peanut butter! Yuum!
-
Looove peanut butter.. avocados, too.
-
Ah, very helpful! Thank you!

Great ideas!! Thank you!

I'm having the same problem right now! But I've definitely found it easier to eat more calorie dense foods. Which, I have no problem with doing - considering I'm a big fan of peanut butter! ;)

I love frozen peanut butter & jellys! Put one together then stick it in a freezer for a couple hours.. so delicious.

Looking amazing!!!!!

I prefer Sparkling Ice. Flavored sparkling water, zero calories, has vitamins & antioxidants, and comes in a variety of refreshing flavors!

If you can fit in the calories - have you tried vitatops? They are 100 calories each, 90 for sugar free, and if you put one in the microwave for 20 seconds ( deep chocolate especially ) it tastes *just* like a chocolate cake. Molten lava too! If you have more calories to spare, you can always add PB, or some strawberries,…

Very sensible! Thanks!

Thanks for the insight! :)

Don't care what people think. Love yourself and have a good time! Super cute bikini, btw!! :)

So much oil! But lots of Chinese places have special diet menus that are yummy! Lots of steamed veggies. :)
-
Very informative, thank you!
-
This is all fantastic advice, thank you!

Unless you have health problems that say otherwise (and aren't eating ten bags of gummy worms a day!) going over the sugar intake is not an issue! :) Especially if it's natural!
-
Whoops! Newbie question then - what measurement are the food diary totals in? That's what I'm going by. :P

Thank you very much! :)
