281 calories left, but pretty much no macros?

I still have calories left but have 30 carbs left, 0 fat, 2 protein, and am well over on iron and sugar.
So I'm not sure what to eat!

    if you have 30 grams of carbs left, pretty much any kind of fruit would be good..maybe a whole wheat english muffin (or whole wheat toast) with some peanut butter, veggies, or air popped popcorn

    Smoothie! That's my favorite post dinner snack. I just throw enough of whatever fruit I have on hand to reach my calorie goal into a blender with a splash of milk and some spices, maybe a sweet-n-low if there are a lot of strawberries involved, and call it a day. Unless you're one of those people who are afraid of fruit sugar :grumble:
