Why am I maintaining at 1,200 calories?
I am 5'9 and 123lbs, which puts my BMR at 1,400, however, I have been eating 1,200 calories for the past 3 months and have stayed between 121 - 123lbs and cannot reconcile this?

Always going over in macros?
Even when I have 200+ cals to spare. I'm always over in iron by at least 20, and lately have been over in protein. Is this something I should pay more attention to? Or does it not really matter as long as I am eating healthy and within my caloric intake?

Can too much protein make you gain weight?
Or muscle? Even if you don't exercise and are within your calorie intake? I feel like my arms look bulkier lately although I haven't gained weight, but I have upped my protein intake. And I do not exercise.
