  • I work in a doctors office and I use my pedometer....feel naked without it now! Anyway, you burn cals just breathing so I figure counting steps should be pretty accurate; unfortunantly the "meters" aren't. So I really only count about 2/3rds of the cals it tells me i've burned.

  • Have you ever thought of trying a dental appliance. I work in an ENT office and it really works for some of our patients. Not everyone can tolerate a CPAP and non-invasive unlike surgical intervention.
  • That is the most accurate way of doing it. You can also search for something that very closely resembles the soup and use that. If you you break it down, make sure you add it to your "meals" so that next time it will be there for you without having to log it all separately. Good luck, this is a great website!!!!

  • I also have a hard time drinking water....BORRRRING! I use "Shake n' Run...a sugar free drink mix, kind of like Crystal Light but with no calories. It's very tasty and helps me get my water requirement.
