Yes I love most of them! I get the chocolate muffin top warm it up in the mircowave and put alittle sugar free cool whip and WOW! It is so good. I love that you can buy them at Target now. My least favorite is the corn ones but I'm not big on corn bread anyway!

Yes I checked it again. I'm an at home mom and don't move much. However I noticed that it is set on only losing 1 pound a week. If I move it to 2 pounds a week then my caloires go to 1780. So I might try that for awhile :)

So how long will it take for the scale to still going down? I started losing weight in NOV lost 20 pounds in like 5 weeks. I have started working out 4 to 6 times a week and have lost 1 pound since Jan. It is so frusrating. Yes I have lost inches but would like to see the scale go down too.

I use the true lemon or true orange to my water when I think I can't drink anymore. I also found drinking ice cold water is better tasting.

I did the cardio max on exercise on demand and I really liked it. It is a good workout.
