I do zwow's from you tube at home, or any hiit workout. They've worked better than anything else I've done and most workouts don't take more than 20 mns of my day.

I dont know what usually eat but in your own recipes you can substitute canned stuff for the real veggies or fruit. If you make chili on crockpot for example use the bagged beans instead of canned, fresh chopped tomatoes, and if u must use canned tomato sauce use unsalted. 1200 might be to little. Calculate your bmr and TDEE eat in between. NEVER eat less than bmr. Google those calculators.

Everyone will have a different opinion on this. I recomend you keep an eye on the carbs, protein, fat, sodium (and sugar if you want) each day and see what foods are likely to make you go over the recommended guidelines. You'll eventually search for foods YOU can live with and others you can replace with healthier choices…

I tried hummus, g yogurt and quinoa as an adult and wasnt dissapointed :happy: . I make my own hummus now. love quinoa with cut up veggies and I sweeten my greek with whatever I feel like each day. Sometimes it works to replacing it for mayo on recipes.

Mfp calculated numbers wrong for me. Find your bmr(minimum calories) and then calculate your tdee(maintanance calories) and eat in between those two. You can google those calculators. By eating in between you already have a deficit to lose. If you burn calories you'll have a bigger deficit and end up eating too little.…

If you're not sure find a calculator for your bmr (your minimum calories) and then calculate your TDEE (maintainance calories) Eat anywhere in between those two. If you google you'll find'em. For my height I can eat between 1270-1570.

Its been a long time since I've had it but I came to taste a really good salad in Burger king in Puerto Rico. Too bad they dont serve it over here. It had greens, grilled chicken, tomato, tropical ripe bananas(guineo maduro) (fried or baked), bacon pieces, pink beans and your choice of dressing. Its a sweet and salty salad.

I had my settings to lose a pound a week. I lost pounds and I lost milk supply. Right now Im 3Lbs away from goal and havent lost anymore for a while I kept yo-yoing.
