I have recently had a high blood pressure spike and I know I need to lose weight, eat less sodium and less calories and to exercise. My question is, are there recipes that are both low sodium and low calorie?

Try skinnytaste.com There are lots of recipes there that are pretty healthy.

I dont know what usually eat but in your own recipes you can substitute canned stuff for the real veggies or fruit. If you make chili on crockpot for example use the bagged beans instead of canned, fresh chopped tomatoes, and if u must use canned tomato sauce use unsalted. Using the fresh ingredients in any recipe taste better anyway. Takes a bit more time rinsing, soaking beans, and cutting produce but so worth it for health.

Just cut down on the salt you use. Rinse canned beans etc. before consuming. I have found that what makes the biggest difference for my BP is increased activity / exercise.
