I was in that situation today. As soon as I got home I logged everything in using MFP. Not much else you can do. :smile:

1/2 cup quaker old fashioned rolled oats 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp brown sugar 1 cup water Microwave 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Stir til creamy. Add whatever fruit is available. Keeps me going all morning.

Hi, I'm 54 y/o and trying to make healthy meal choices and increase my daily exercise. I want to go back to being an active, fun-loving person instead of the sedentary, fat-woman I've become. I'd love to have some friends for additional support.

Tonight I made Tuna Stuffed Tomatoes. Take one 6 oz can of Tuna, flake it and mix with 4 Tbls Kraft Light Miracle Whip. Add a little onion and celery. Wedge 2 medium tomatoes, but don't cut all the way thru, (it should look like a blooming flower with 8 petals.) Scoop half the tuna mixture onto each tomato. Serve with a…
